We generally recommend ordering these single-sided, especially when they’ll be installed outdoors in direct sunlight. On a large double-sided sign, bright sunlight can shine through the material and allow the printing on the opposite side to show through, making both sides harder to read. A single-sided barn sign gives you the strongest contrast and cleanest visibility from the road. If you need signs facing traffic in both directions, using two single-sided signs back-to-back is usually the better-looking solution.
